Main Services

Sunday morning teaching for children and young people is organised under the title of SALT (Sharing and Learning Together).  The children and young people are in church for the first 20 minutes of the service and will often show the congregation some of the work or activities they have been doing recently.  Children and Young people are in church for the whole of the all-age celebration service on the first Sunday of each month.

When they go out of church, youngsters are placed in the groups dependent upon the type of school at which they are placed.  All children’s workers have been CRB checkedas per the Child Protection Policy.

Sparklers is for children aged 3 years old to school year 2

Trailblazers is for children in school years 3 to 6.

Pathfinders is for young people in school years 7 to 11.

A creche is provided throughout the morning service for babies and children too young for SALT groups.
